Color Coded Pens & Alphabet Soup?…

I’m reminded that many of us are stumbling through life with an ugly view of doom and gloom. There was one such person I met. She believed that there is no such thing as love, or personal development or psychology. She was staunch in believing that life’s purpose was to endure pain and suffering and she was unable to appreciate the good things in life.

As you can well imagine, I’d much prefer to color code some colored pens or alphabetize a bowl of alphabet soup instead of listening to her depressing
existentialist view of the world. Those of you who know me, know that
I believe that life is meant to be lived FEARLESSLY.  In my profession as a life strategist, I’m compelled to uplift, empower and invigorate those around me, but when is enough … enough? At what point must we put ourselves and our purpose first? Are we supposed to endure the toxicity of negative people in the guise of being good and kind? A little bit of masochism might be cool in the bedroom but not in your general life!
 
Today’s post, is about being fearless in expressing your right to put yourself first. Imagine that you are on a plane that’s crashing, you need to put the oxygen mask on first before you can help the passengers around you. Right? It is on that note, that I’d like to remind you of the Dalai Lama’s quote… “Man lives as if he will never die, and dies as if he never truly lived”…

Consider this, your wake up call and challenge. I officially encourage you to FEARLESSLY remove the “toxicity” from your life, be it in the form of people, ideas or even household detergents.

Yep that’s right, I want you to be FEARLESS 
I want you to put yourself FIRST and
I want you to be POSITIVE that you can SUPERCHARGE your life.
